Server owner's New "My Servers" Management View

We are excited to roll out our brand-new web portal! This update gives you direct control over your CRCON instances, streamlined billing, and faster ways to manage your servers.

Here is everything you can do starting today:

Account & Organization

  • Discord Integration: Link your Discord account, and the system will automatically create a dedicated channel and add you to it.
  • Team Management: Add other people to your organization. We are launching with basic Admin/Owner permissions, but we will be expanding this so you can delegate exact authority over time. You can also fully transfer ownership of an organization.
  • Profile & Billing: Easily change your email, update payment methods, pay past-due invoices, or resubscribe inactive servers directly from the dashboard.

Server Management

  • Add new game servers or remove old ones in just a few clicks.
  • Update your game server credentials (IP, RCON port, RCON password) whenever your server changes.
  • Easily toggle your servers between standard Hell Let Loose and HLL Vietnam.

Advanced CRCON Controls

  • Smart CRCON Upgrades: You can now initiate CRCON updates directly from your servers page!
    • How it works: We manually review and approve CRCON releases before pushing them to the portal. This protects you from broken releases or updates that require manual backend steps. We'll approve safe patches as fast as possible, giving you the choice to update immediately or hold off if a major HLL game patch drops.
  • Self-Service Restarts:
    • Restart your CRCON instance (Note: This does not touch or restart your actual HLL game server).
    • Restart your entire CRCON container (Best used as a last resort if standard restarts aren't fixing an issue).
  • Quick Fixes: Instantly reset your CRCON admin password if you get locked out, and click to fix stuck votemap whitelists (which can happen when maps get added, removed, or renamed).

  • Alongside the user portal, we’ve built powerful new automated backend tools for our team. If you run into a complex issue that you can't resolve through your panel, we can now diagnose and fix it much faster behind the scenes.
